Hi, I’m Loren
Certified Career Coach & Strategist · Mum of twoI’m the career coach for women, and the founder of EmpowerHER Careers.
I’ve worked across recruitment, law and nonprofit leadership, so I understand the career landscape from multiple perspectives: as a recruiter, as a hiring manager, and as a candidate in highly competitive environments.
I know the job market, how to job search and how to stand out in a sea of candidates.
I also bring lived experience as a career pivot expert who has navigated multiple successful career transitions as a mum, so I understand the unique challenges women face when trying to pivot careers or up-level professionally while balancing your evolving ambition, abilities and family.
I’ve stood exactly where you are now though. Questioning my direction, wondering who I’d become, and what I wanted next in my career.
And when I searched for something, or someone, to help me navigate this new terrain, there was nothing out there. So I created it.
With a background in executive recruitment, leadership in corporate and nonprofit, and as a certified career coach, I founded EmpowerHER Careers and the Love Mondays Membership.
